Making a ProWarmth-Cu-np
- cut a copper plate 10cm x 6cm x 0.1mm thickness. Drill a hole into one of the narrow sides (this serves later to connect to the nanocoated wire).
- Cut 1m of thin copper wire (AWG20, single conductor) and wind it around a round stick to make a spring. A coils takes less space and fits easy in your nano-coating container.
- Nano-coat the plate and the wire.
- Dip the nano-coated and dry plate into a mix of LP-CuO+LP-amino acids and let them dry again.
- Prepare to assemble according to the type of window:
- Simple window: place the plate in a ziploc (or plastify it); make a hole for the suction hook on the top side.
- Double window: plastify 2 plates and connect them with a nanocoated wire (use gloves!); make a hole for the suction hook on the top side.
- Triple window: plastify 3 plates and connect them with a nanocoated wire (use gloves!); make a hole for the suction hook on the top side.
